Mullet email sign-up is passwordless — just a verification code. It takes 30 seconds and needs no ID documents or face verification.

Mullet email sign-up is passwordless, code-based — there's no password to set or remember, and each login simply needs the 6-digit code we email you. It's safer and less hassle than a traditional password login.

Why no password?

Passwords are the worst part of the experience — weak ones aren't safe, strong ones can't be remembered, and reused ones leak. Mullet drops passwords altogether: your identity at login is confirmed by your email address plus a one-time code.

  • No "forgot password / reset" runaround
  • No credential-stuffing risk
  • No nagging "your password isn't strong enough" prompts
  • If your inbox is compromised, the risk moves entirely to the inbox — use a mature provider such as Gmail / Outlook / iCloud and you get enterprise-grade security

The same design is used by: Notion, Substack, Linear and Vercel have all defaulted to email OTP rather than traditional passwords in recent years — it has become the mainstream authentication method for modern SaaS.

How to sign up

1

Open the Mullet app or website

App: tap "Continue with email" after launch. Web: "Sign Up" in the top right.

2

Enter your email address

Any valid address works — no provider restrictions. We detect your region from your IP automatically, and sign-ups from restricted regions are declined.

3

Check for the code

Within 30 seconds you'll receive an email with a 6-digit code (valid for 10 minutes). Enter it to complete verification.

4

Accept the terms

Tick the Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure Statement and Privacy Policy. Sign-up is complete.

The whole process usually takes under 30 seconds — no ID documents or face verification, just an inbox you can receive mail in. We meet our anti-money-laundering obligations through on-chain address risk controls and real-time KYT screening, and block sanctioned addresses.

How do I log in next time?

Every login needs an email code — there is no "remember my password" button. But you can:

  • Remember the device (30 days by default): tick "trust this device" on a device you use often and you won't be asked again for 30 days
  • Magic link: clicking the "one-tap login" link in the email also completes verification, with no code to type
  • Automatic renewal in the app: the app logs you in automatically using a locally encrypted token, with sessions lasting up to 90 days

Code didn't arrive?

What your account starts with

As soon as sign-up completes you get:

A

A custodial wallet

We generate a Solana wallet for you to hold funds. The private key is stored encrypted in shares and you never have to manage a key. If you'd rather self-custody, you can export the private key any time under Account → Wallet.

B

A live account

The starting balance is 0 — make a deposit before you start trading.

C

A demo account

Comes with 10,000 USDT of virtual funds to learn the interface and test strategies. See your first trade.

Suggestion: start demo trading as soon as you sign up — spend a week or two getting used to the interface and the order flow before you commit real money.

Our privacy commitment

During email sign-up, Mullet only keeps:

  • Your email address — for login verification and security alerts
  • The IP geolocation at sign-up — for restricted-region detection
  • A device fingerprint hash — to spot unusual logins

We don't collect your name, ID number, address, face, phone number, social accounts or any other identifying information. See the risk disclosure.
